To create this new large-scale laundry, different factors were considered: ergonomics, the implementation of hygiene standards according to the RABC method, and the implementation of economic and ecological solutions.
As a result, the successful installation is capable of processing up to 1500 kg of linen per day.
Thanks to ergonomic equipment and a user-friendly process, disabled workers can deliver high-quality jobs.
A specific training course was set up with the supervisors and users of the laundry through a specialized and approved trainer. The objective was to help the teams understand and apply good linen production practices as well as the gestures and postures to adopt to limit musculoskeletal disorders (MSD).
The personalized support provided by a dedicated team, the respect of deadlines and costs were particularly appreciated by the management of the establishment, as well as the good synchronization of all the participants during the entire project. The workers can now learn and grow professionally in an adapted, and functional working environment
