From October to the end of November, Primus welcomed partners to three dedicated training sessions at its factory in Příbor. Hosted in the newly opened Training Centre, the sessions focused on strengthening technical know-how, product understanding, and service excellence.
Participants were introduced to the latest Primus products and technologies and took part in hands-on training designed to reflect real-life service and operational scenarios. The goal was clear: to ensure partners are fully equipped to deliver reliable, high-quality service and long-term value to end users of professional laundry equipment.
